Arizona State University 420 Event

Marc J. Victor speaking at the Students for Liberty 420 Event at Arizona State University. Marc talked to a large crowd about freedom and the right to control your own body, He explained that the government has no right to wage a war on marijuana or any other drug for that matter because there is nothing in the Constitution that grants them this right.

The war on drugs is not only un-Constitutional, but un-American as well putting millions of people in prison for victimless fake crimes every year turning America from the “Land of the Free” to the “Land of the Incarcerated”.

The drug war needs to end and the sooner the better he explained. All the violence associated with drugs would end immediately with the end of the drug war, just like it did with the war on alcohol.

Hello everyone, a lot of things were changed today. First the debate for today was canceled by “Drug Free Arizona” we were told that when they found out that they would be debating Marc Victor and Tom Dean they did not want to participate any longer. We will have the promoter of the debate calling in on the Attorney for Freedom show this evening to tell us more about this, so listen in for that today at a special time of 5:00 pm for our extended 90 minute show today.

I will however be speaking tomorrow to the Students for Liberty at ASU in front of the MU for their 420 event. I am scheduled to speak at 11:30 if anyone wants to come to that event.

I am also scheduled to Speak to the Young Republicans at ASU this Tuesday evening at 6:30 if anyone is interested in that.

This Saturday I will be speaking at the Crossroads of the West Gun Show in Phoenix at the fairgrounds at 10:00 am and then at the Marijuana Farmers market at 2:00 pm in Phoenix as well.

Tom will be joining me later that evening at ASU as we participate in a debate on marijuana legalization. The debate is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2013 at 7:00 PM at the Tempe Campus of Arizona State University. We will be debating two others from Keep AZ Drug Free.

A look ahead – a few guests on upcoming Attorney for Freedom Shows:
Wednesday April 24th our guest will be Jim Clark of Republic Monetary Exchange we will discuss the latest with gold and other precious metals.
Wednesday May 8th our guest will be Maricopa County Attorney Bill Montgomery … Bill and I will talk about our differences on the drug war and other topics.

In a recent Superior Court case in Florence Arizona Attorney Marc J. Victor argues for for a mitigated sentence for his client involving the transportation of marijuana comparing it to the Miller and Budweiser drivers delivering their product.

The Law Firm of Marc J. Victor was at the Phoenix Medical Marijuana Convention at the Madison Events Center located at 441 West Madison Street on Saturday July 28th to hand out information and answer questions about the Medical Marijuana laws in Arizona.
