Attorney Marc J. Victor blasts the drug war and the “Justice System” in open court on a case involving Marijuana possession and sales.
Sound quality is not that good (it’s a government recording) but it’s all that is available.
“Do you know what this is like judge? This is like standing here representing the Budweiser driver before prohibition was over…”

Marc Victor, You are superb!
Go get ‘em, Marc Victor !
2 1/2 years, the best they can hope for, for selling pot. That’s what I call a criminal “Justice System”.
Fantastic job in explaining this nutty drug war and why it needs to end!
thank you for standing for justice. Judge seems like an asshole… Hour recess? He must completely lack reason, empathy, integrity and a host of other qualities.
This is what I deal with everyday…it’s so frustrating and stressful…
Brilliant and moving! I found myself clapping and laughing and saying “hell yeah!” Superb!
GOOD ON YOU Mark Victor!
How much time did the Judge give them?
They both received 3 1/2 years.

3-1/2 years for failing to have a license basically. There are laws and there are loopholes. Sounds like the judge went with his own loophole on this one.

Marc, your passion, emotion, along with your logical explanations makes you a hero in my eyes against “the system”. I would be proud to have you in my corner at any time.
Thank you Gordon!
